1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on jl085.cam to access our gaming services.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by jl085 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and other wagering products offered on the jl085 platform.
• "Platform" means the jl085 website accessible at jl085.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized pages and features.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited Philippine Peso (₱) funds held in a Player's Account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Applicable Law" means Philippine legislation, PAGCOR regulations, and any other applicable rules and guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" are not limiting. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration 21+ Required

To register and maintain an account on jl085, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations. jl085 enforces strict age verification and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
2. You are a legal resident or present within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful, and your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.
3. You are registering solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jl085 or any affiliated gaming platform.

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

Each individual may hold only one (1) jl085 account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and all balances forfeited. 3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl085 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out completely from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify jl085 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible, as it is our primary communication channel.

jl085 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account before you notify jl085 of unauthorized access will be your responsibility, unless attributable to demonstrable platform fault on jl085's part.

We reserve the right to temporarily lock or restrict your account if we detect unusual activity, suspected fraud, or potential security risks. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address to verify your identity before restoring full account access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments GCash & Maya

jl085 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, QR Ph, InstaPay, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance instantly. jl085 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or as specified at the cashier for your selected method.
• All applicable Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during standard business hours. Complex verification cases may take up to 24 hours.
• jl085 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

jl085 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending full verification and fraud review. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or multi-accounting will be forfeited and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jl085 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms stated on each promotion's page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and restrictions.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds typically expire 30 days after issuance unless a different expiry is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
• jl085 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a change will be notified.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using matched or artificial betting strategies, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, plus potential account termination.

6 Fair Gaming, RNG, and Game Rules

By participating in any game on jl085, you acknowledge and agree that:

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl085 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling jl085 to immediately suspend or terminate your account, forfeit all balances, and report activity to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or prohibited from gambling under Applicable Law.
• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, AI tools, or any technical means to gain unfair advantage or circumvent platform security.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl085 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit jl085 software, game code, or platform infrastructure.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access or funds to third parties.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any other time.

jl085 employs advanced fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis tools to identify prohibited activity. Detection of any prohibited behavior will result in immediate account action without prior warning.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on jl085.cam — including but not limited to the jl085 name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, icons, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of jl085 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jl085 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl085 content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jl085 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling on the jl085 platform, including losses attributable to technical faults, system errors, or interrupted connectivity.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jl085.cam.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game odds, payout calculations, or displayed information, provided reasonable steps have been taken to correct identified errors.
• Damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your access to jl085.cam.

Where Applicable Law does not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, jl085's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permissible. Nothing in these Terms limits jl085's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by jl085's demonstrable fault.

11 Governing Law, Disputes, and Amendments

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the jl085 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit complaints through jl085's official support channel at [email protected]. jl085 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve matters within 10 business days. For unresolved disputes, players may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

Amendments: jl085 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification no less than 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of jl085 following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl085 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
